In The Whitechapel Club a group of Jack The Ripper enthusiasts have resurrected the fabled 1890s Chicago Society Club devoted to London's infamous serial killer. When Herman, Chicago’s deputy mayor, attempts to join the group, it’s revealed that his initiation duties include the murder of a famous actress. When the members bring the kidnapped star before him, Herman must decide if a seat in the secret society is worth the life of a star.
